Initial Consultation - $150 (90 minute session)
What to Expect:
A. Get Acquainted:
- We’ll sit down (virtually or in-person) for a cozy chat. Consider it a nutritional coffee date!
- You share your health history, goals, and any challenges you’ve faced.
- We listen, pass zero judgment, and assess your needs.
B. Your Personal Blueprint:
- Together, we’ll craft a customized plan just for you.
- We’ll discuss dietary preferences, lifestyle, and any specific needs.
- No cookie-cutter solutions here—your plan is as unique as your fingerprint.
C. Clear Roadmap:
- You’ll leave with a clear roadmap for the next two weeks.
- Expect practical tips, meal ideas, shopping lists and maybe a recipe or two.
- Oh, and assignments! (Don’t worry, they’re fun—we promise.)
- Individual Follow-Up (45 minutes)
- Cost: $65
- Clients who returning after two weeks have an 80%+

Cupboard Clean-Out
If the client is comfortable with a home visit, a nutritional consultant can visit your home upon request. Together, you will go through your cupboards, refrigerator, and supplements and decide what to keep and what to replace with a healthier option.
Between $350-$550 depending on location/ travel time.
Grocery Store Shopping
Walk down the aisles of your favorite health food or grocery store with a nutritional consultant to help you make the most optimal food choices for your health goals.
$150 (60-minute grocery store tour)
Seminars for businesses and speaking engagements
Workshops, and group presentations: $300 and up.
Seminars: $300 - $500
Speaking engagements $500 - $1500
