Her unique connection with clients comes from a place of empathy, having experienced similar struggles herself. After trying numerous diets over 30 years, Stacey discovered mindful eating and the importance of grace over guilt, enabling her to lose 60 pounds between 2012-2014. She is passionate about helping others achieve freedom, health, and joy in making healthy choices.
Simply Nutrition provides personalized wellness plans that focus on optimal health for individuals. The approach combines mindful eating principles with customized eating plans while aiming to identify triggers and patterns in food habits. The emphasis is always on improving health.
